You must know your own health before joining any session
Depending on your armour, you might restrict your actions​

Base Health:​
40: Gigantic Beast (-30 Agility)
30: Large Beast (-20 Agility)
25: Med-Large Beast
20: Medium Beast, Fit Orc
15: Small-Med Beast, Fit Human/Elf, Average Orc
10: Small Beast, Average Human/Elf, Weak Orc
5: Tiny Beast, Weak Human/Elf

Armour:​
+25 HP: Extremely Heavy Armour - 30 agility
+20 HP: Heavy armour - 20 agility
+15 HP: Medium armour - 10 agility
+10 HP: Light armour
-2 HP: Naked

When you write your HP during an event, you will write it like this: 15(10)

So, the 15 is the HP, and the (brackets) is the armour.

When the bracket number is diminished, then you start taking numbers away from your HP.

You cannot heal armour, but you can be given more armour.

IC: You don't have to have your armour break. You can just say it's battered a bit.

What happens when you reach 0 health
Don't worry, you don't die. If you reach 0 health you can decide:

If you want to kill your character off or not. (You don't have to!)

They could be put in the hospital for a while.

or, the DMs can get a little creative and put your character somewhere else for a bit.
